Delivery Control (NON-NEGOTIABLE)Manage 30–100+ active client deliverables simultaneouslyEnsure 95%–100% on-time delivery across:BookkeepingTax ReturnsPayrollBuild and enforce daily tracking systems2. SLA EnforcementDefine, monitor, and enforce turnaround timesIdentify delays BEFORE they happenEscalate and resolve blockers immediately3. Capacity & Resource PlanningAllocate work across 10–30 team membersMaintain 75%–90% utilizationPrevent overload and idle time4. Execution ManagementAssign tasks, owners, and deadlinesRun daily/weekly delivery meetingsDrive follow-ups until completion5. Cross-Team CoordinationWork with Accounting, Tax, Payroll, and Client teamsEnsure seamless workflow across departments6. MIS & DashboardingBuild and maintain real-time dashboards:Work statusDelaysUtilizationProvide daily/weekly reports to leadershipRequirementsMANDATORY EXPERIENCEYou MUST have ALL of the following:4–8 years of experience in:Delivery ManagementOperations ManagementBPO / KPO / IT Service Delivery / Accounting OperationsProven track record of:Managing 30+ concurrent projects/tasksAchieving 95%+ SLA adherenceHandling team workload allocationRunning delivery meetings and escalations?
