Associate Lead - Quality

Responsibilities:

Lead the civil QA/QC functions for the data center project in coordination with the project QA/QC Manager.
Ensure implementation of project-specific quality plans, ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans), and method statements to upkeep First Time Right Index.
Coordinate with contractors and consultants for quality-related inspections and approvals.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
Maintain documentation for civil quality records such as NCRs, IMIRs, RFWI logs, cube test results, etc.
Raise and close observations and non-conformities in a time-bound manner.
Participate in root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with ISO and other regulatory standards.
Mentor and guide QA/QC engineers and inspectors assigned under the role.
Ensure quality deliverables are submitted as per project handover timelines.

Qualifications:

B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering with minimum 12 years of relevant experience, OR
Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
Experience:

Strong experience in data center projects or similar mission-critical environments (e.g., semiconductor, pharma, hospitals, etc.).
Proficient in international quality standards, construction practices, and project documentation.
Experience in working with Tier-1 contractors, consultants, and clients.
Knowledge of concrete works, industrial flooring, waterproofing, and finishes is essential.
Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001), HSE protocols, and digital QA/QC tools is an added advantage.
