- Conduct site visits to understand customer applications and collect all relevant technical and commercial inputs.
- Estimate the cost of: Electrical Control Panels, VFD Panels, PLC Panels, MCC (Motor Control Centers), PCC (Power Control Centers), APFC (Automatic Power Factor Control) Panels
- Identify customer requirements, understand existing infrastructure, and scope the project.
- Interact with the customer’s technical team to gather load details, wiring philosophy, space constraints, etc.
- Prepare cost sheets, BOMs, and pricing estimates with appropriate selection of components (e.g., switchgear, relays, PLCs, drives, enclosures, cabling).
- Understand and document competitor offerings and market pricing benchmarks.
- Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams for component costs and feasibility.
- Provide clear, complete, and timely proposals and quotations to the Sales Engineers.
- Work closely with the Pre-Sales and Design team to align the offering with customer requirements and project budgets.
- Track revisions and maintain documentation of each proposal/version.
- Ensure proposals meet technical compliance, performance expectations, and commercial viability.
