Attention to detail Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure Good written and verbal communication skills Good listening and interpersonal skills Customer service orientation Role & Responsibilities Check public notices and shortlist society redevelopment projects based on given criteria. Follow up with brokers and PMCs, as needed. Prepare/Update the presentation made to societies interested in redevelopment. Prepare basic feasibility. Visit, communicate, negotiate with the shortlisted society, as needed. Act as the company's point of contact for the society. Co-ordinate between the society and the different departments of the company.
