Process and Equipment Management Work together with other functional groups locally and globally to accomplish organizational and business objectives Ensure production equipment is in control and quality/reliability of the product meets expectations Ensure effective and efficient risk management strategies Develop new capabilities ahead of needs 7+ years of working experience in semiconductor industry. Process and Equipment knowledge in Wire Bonding/ Die Attach and Encapsulation will be added advantages. Strong technical background in process and equipment engineering Demonstrated ability to successfully implement process improvements and cost reduction initiatives Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills Ability to strictly determine and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines Exceptional communication and collaboration skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
