- Own the P&L responsibility for the cluster's Home Loan and LAP portfolio.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve disbursement targets and increase market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strategies to expand customer base.
- Ensure pricing competitiveness, process efficiency, and faster turnaround times to stay ahead of competition.
- Drive sales performance through direct channels, DSAs, and referral partners.
- Develop strong relationships with builders, real estate agents, and connectors to generate consistent lead pipelines.
- Monitor branch-level sales activities and provide guidance to improve conversions and cross-selling.
- Track competitor offerings and adjust go-to-market strategies accordingly.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch managers, sales managers, and frontline staff across the cluster.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set targets, and ensure accountability at every level.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, high performance, and customer centricity within the team.
- Maintain high standards of credit quality by ensuring compliance with underwriting norms and risk policies.
- Monitor early delinquency trends, NPAs, and ensure effective collection strategies are implemented.
- Partner with credit and risk teams to improve portfolio health while balancing growth objectives.
- Ensure seamless end-to-end customer experience from application to disbursement.
- Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company within the cluster, strengthening customer trust and loyalty.
- Strong understanding of Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products, processes, and market dynamics.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales/disbursement targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
- Strong networking and relationship management abilities with channel partners and customers.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in portfolio management, risk assessment, and MIS reporting.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- High degree of ownership, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in retail lending, with focus on Home Loans and Loan Against Property.
- Prior exposure to managing multi-branch operations or cluster-level responsibility will be an added advantage.
