Design and customize comprehensive travel itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and requirements

Provide expert advice on Air tickets, accommodations, transportation, visas and travel requirements

Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and regular follow-up

Stay current on travel trends, destinations, supplier offerings, and industry developments

Research and recommend appropriate travel options, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and ancillary services

Process bookings, prepare travel documentation, and ensure all details are accurately recorded

Handle complex itineraries, special requests, and VIP client arrangements

Resolve travel-related issues and provide assistance to clients before, during, and after travel

Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in travel consulting or related roles

Demonstrated sales ability and track record of meeting/exceeding targets

Proficiency with GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, or similar)

Strong knowledge of geography, international destinations, and travel products

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex itineraries, visas, accommodation and transportation bookings

Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
