The Senior Analyst for Cytiva is part of the Global Marketing teamlocated in Bangalore and will be Remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Liaise with key senior business stakeholders to understand their business problems and propose analytical solutions. Lead analytic programs with hands on data analysis and/or secondary research and communicate actionable insights to the business. Programs are likely to stretch across the breadth of our BioPharma organization and will require collaboration across functions and regions Blend technical analytics skills along with a strong domain/business understanding to help our marketing & commercial organizations take the right strategic decisions Build expertise on the market landscape in the context of the business, through individual learning and regular interactions with the team Supporting broader team programs, processes and simplification initiatives, as needed The essential requirements of the job include: Master's Degree holder in Biotech/Pharma/Other Life Science disciplines 5+ years' experience in Pharma/BioPharma/Healthcare industry in Analytics MBA would be an added advantage A team player and a leader with an empathetic heart, a methodical head, and the ability to operate with agility within a dynamic business environment Able to demonstrate analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking combined with excellent communication, storyboarding and presentation skills. A keen learner willing to deepen business understanding and blend it with innovative analytical approaches and share the learnings with the team and the broader organization Comfortable with handling large data sets using MS-Excel and other analytical tools Experienced in building dashboards and familiar with different visualization tools Experience of working in a Marketing or a Commercial organization At Cytiva we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
