Well versed with the SevOne Architecture and its capabilities
Write Low level Design, understand requirements and get them implemented.
Hands on below areas of SevOne
NMS -Standard features & ability to develop/configure “Deferred Data”-based data collection, grouping & reports.
DI - Developing new/custom dashboards/Templates using different available widgets. SPOG configuration with multiple tenants' configuration on DI.
Different data collectors including xStats.
configuring discovery-device, object indicators, Object groups, device groups, NetFlow collection, user management, Inventory.
Docker and Kubernetes to support installation & upgrades.
Ability to develop Python scripts to provide capacity reports and different customizations.
Experience in Implementation, Upgrade/migration, Support, resolving customer issues, providing resolution within SLA. Troubleshoot SevOne-related issues and coordinate with vendors if needed.
Experience in Integrating SevOne with
Monitoring systems like entuity for Events forwarding.
Microsoft Teams for events forwarding using webhook integration.
Kafka for feeding the performance data.
Experience in integration with Azure SSO.
Experience in configuring MIB's to process Traps from other third-party network solutions
Good communication skill is required

Candidate need to have a good understanding on the following concepts

SNMP, ICMP & RestAPI
NetFlow, IPSLA, Syslog, Webhooks, Telemetry
SD WAN Technologies -Cisco Catalyst SDWAN, VMWare SDWAN, Fortinet SDWAN
SDLAN Technologies- ACI-APIC, DNAC, ISE
Wireless LAN Controllers -Cisco, Meraki, Aruba
Operation Support systems and Network Management Systems.
End user experience
Application performance reporting.
Network Discovery
Asset, Incident, Change and Problem Management

Desirable:

Experience in one or more of the following:
IT security and compliance
Datacentre infrastructure
Software development
Vendor management
Database maintenance.
