- Lead multi module Workday HCM programs and ensure strong delivery oversight
- Drive the Workday roadmap and support HR transformation initiatives
- Review and approve solution designs across functional, integration, reporting, and security areas
- Work closely with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and vendor teams to align priorities
- Mentor and guide Workday team members to strengthen capability and performance
- Identify risks early and manage escalations effectively
- Use data and stakeholder input to recommend improvements and enhancements
- Present complex Workday topics in a simple and straightforward way to leadership.
- Ensure all Workday activities follow compliance, audit, and governance standards.
- 14-18 years of overall experience with 10+ years in Workday leadership roles
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM and global HR processes
- Ability to work with VP/CXO-level leaders and manage expectations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience managing complex program issues
- Experience leading cross-functional Workday teams
- Experience with multiple full Workday lifecycle implementations
- Understanding of Workday modules, security, reporting, integrations, and data governance
- Exposure to global HR operations and multi-country deployments
- Experience managing Workday vendors or AMS partners
- Ability to guide conversations on data migration, integrations, and overall architecture
- Active Workday certification or strong module expertise
- A Workday leader with broad knowledge across HCM, Compensation, Absence, Security, Reporting, and Integrations
- Someone who can drive Workday governance, strategy, and cross-functional decisions
- Strong advisory skills to help clients understand Workday's capabilities and value
