Job OverviewWe are seeking a talented and experienced Cafe Manager to join our team at Kruti Retail Ventures LLP. As the Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cafe in Mumbai. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service, manage a team of baristas, and ensure the smooth running of the cafe.Qualifications and Skills

4 to 6 years of experience as a Cafe Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of coffee and the hospitality industry
Proven experience in cafe operations, including managing staff and inventory
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Sales-driven mindset and ability to implement effective marketing strategies

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including opening and closing procedures
Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
Manage a team of baristas, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
Monitor inventory and stock levels, and place orders when necessary
Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment
Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner
Create and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer base
Collaborate with the company's farm partners to ensure a sustainable and ethical supply chain
