Job Description: -1.Coordinates with logistic vendor , Customer Service and Engineers in spare part forward and reverse pickup.2.Coordinates with internal stakeholders for spare part management.3.Receives service request calls through phone or email . Coordinates with Engineers to dispatch service calls through SMAX portal.4.Manages Capital Service data to create insightful data for KPI measurement and presentation.5.Coordinates with Global team for service tools management.Skills :-1.Excellent knowledge of MS – Excel / Power BI and presentation.2.Good written and verbal communication skills.3.Experience of handling SAP/ ERP portal.4.Engineering service support function with 2-3 years of experience.Additional Details :-Gender – FemaleWorking days - 5 DaysWork timings - 9:30am To 5:30pmContract period, auto-renewable or not: 1 year.
