Job Description:This role is for one of the Weekday's clientsSalary range: Rs 600000 - Rs 1000000 (ie INR 6-10 LPA)Min Experience: 2 yearsJobType: full-timeRequirements:Responsibilities:

Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into user needs and challenges.
Design visually engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces, particularly for complex dashboards and data visualizations.
Develop detailed wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to clearly communicate design ideas and solutions.
Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless implementation and maintain design quality.
Contribute to and evolve the design system to drive consistency across the product.
Serve as the user advocate throughout the product development lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally in SaaS or B2B product environments.
Demonstrated success in creating user-friendly and effective design solutions.
Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, user-centered design practices, and accessibility standards.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Experience in data visualization and designing complex dashboards is highly desirable.

Bonus Points:

Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Prior experience working within an agile development framework.
