- Translate complex financial data into insights and recommendations for leadership.
- Lead monthly/quarterly close, governance, reporting, and variance analysis.
- Manage liquidity metrics, including DSO and working capital; partner with O2C/AR.
- Drive expense discipline, revenue forecasting, and scenario modelling.
- Build dashboards for people metrics, utilization, and engagement profitability.
- Collaborate with US business finance partners across advisory, audit & tax.
- Lead cross-functional US operational alignment for consistent service delivery.
- Drive innovation, automation, and GenAI-led process improvements.
- Mentor and guide teams, fostering excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage escalations, ensure compliance, quality, and risk governance.
- A professional qualification in finance or accountancy, such as CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of financial systems and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Shift allowance per day as per industry standards (US Shift)
