As part of the Application Development Team, the Salesforce Developer will contribute to designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform across Sales, Service, and Marketing segments, ensuring alignment with business requirements.Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions for Sales, Service, and Marketing processes using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and automation tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams in all SDLC phases-analysis, design, development, integration, and maintenance-following Agile methodology.
Configure data models, create custom fields and objects, set up validation rules, and perform declarative configuration aligned to business needs.
Support deployment and version control using CI/CD tools (e.g., VSCode, SFDX, Git, Jenkins).
Maintain and update technical documentation for solution delivery.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues during development and production support.
Implement Salesforce features and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and standard connectors.
Ensure secure coding practices and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
3-5 years of hands-on experience developing and configuring solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (must-have); Platform Developer II preferred.
Experience in data modeling, field creation, validation rules, configuration, and optimizing Salesforce features.
Proficiency with CI/CD frameworks in Agile delivery environments.
Experience using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and integration APIs.
Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with remote and local teams.
