This role is responsible for driving retail sales through channel partners in your assigned area. You'll own the full cycle from dealer engagement to daily planning (under the "5 ka Dum" initiative), local promotions, collections, and competitor mapping-making you the local owner of performance.Key Responsibilities: - Handle channel sales operations and develop a high-performing dealer network in the assigned territory - Follow the "5 ka Dum" daily structure: meet at least 2 dealers, 1 architect, 1 contractor, and 1 government department every day, and capture visit feedback through the OBL app - Drive secondary sales by converting project and consumer leads using the OBL Tilekart platform - Ensure timely collections from all active channel partners - Drive 100% availability of OBL's focus products across all dealers in the territory - Execute market mapping and monitor competitor trade schemes, pricing, and incentive trends - Manage and improve product display at dealer counters to support sell-through and brand positioningRequired Skills/Abilities:Must have Domain Skills:1. Channel Sales Management- Experience managing multi-tiered dealer/distributor ecosystems with a structured approach to daily outreach, sales forecasting, and competitive response. - Must understand secondary sales cycles and scheme effectiveness at the SKU level.2. Financial Acumen (Collections & Incentives)- Ability to manage collections and assess credit exposure at a dealer level. - Should be able to track overdue payments and link collection performance to dealer-wise incentive eligibility and target planning.3. BTL Execution & Local Promotions- Demonstrated skill in executing on-ground campaigns, influencer events, site activations, and schemes to support secondary sales and brand visibility in the local market.Must have Soft Skills1. Team Player- Collaborates well branch teams, supply chain, and dealers to ensure end-to-end execution. Open to sharing credit and feedback.2.
