Responsibility:- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.- Identify potential business customers, pitch our ecommerce solutions, and convert leads into long-term clients.- Ensure smooth onboarding of new B2B clients, including product education, account setup, and platform usage.- Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and provide regular reports on performance, forecasts, and customer insights.- Collaborate with marketing, product, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.Qualification:- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.- 6-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in ecommerce, retail, B2Becom or pharma.- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a territory-based role.- Strong understanding of B2B ecommerce platforms and sales processes.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently, travel within the territory, and manage multiple priorities.
