Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).What you'll doWe are seeking a senior SDET to join our quality engineering team, driving excellence in both automation and manual testing to ensure the highest levels of product quality. You will design, develop, and execute automation frameworks using UiPath or other modern low-code automation tools, while also performing targeted manual testing for complex, high-value scenarios.
A critical part of this role involves Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) application testing—validating end-to-end contract workflows, integrations, and compliance-driven scenarios to ensure reliability, scalability, and accuracy in mission-critical contract processes.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. SDET Manager.Responsibility
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, reusable automation frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing
  • Automate end-to-end business flows for SaaS, CLM, and enterprise applications using UiPath or equivalent low-code automation platforms
  • Build automation solutions that reduce manual effort for repetitive business processes
  • Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery
  • Perform exploratory, functional, regression, and UAT testing for critical releases, including CLM systems
  • Validate complex contract workflows, approval hierarchies, clause libraries, and integrations that require business and legal context
  • Review business requirements and create detailed manual test cases aligned to acceptance criteria
  • Execute last-mile manual validations before production release
  • Test contract creation, negotiation, execution, and post-execution management workflows
  • Validate search, clause management, version control, and audit trails within CLM platforms
  • Test integrations between CLM systems and CRM, ERP, and eSignature platforms (e.g., DocuSign CLM + eSignature)
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance standards through targeted test scenarios
  • Partner with product managers, business analysts, and developers to align testing to business outcomes
  • Participate in requirements workshops, change management, and go-live support
  • Mentor junior engineers in both manual and automation best practices, including low-code tool usage

  • Bachelors in Computer Science
  • 8+years relevant experience
  • Experience with UiPath, Selenium and modern Web/API test automation tools
  • Experience in writing automation tests for SaaS/End2End Business flows
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies including triaging, debugging, automating and testing ability
Preferred
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in the field
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in web-related technologies such as Web Services, REST, JSON, and XML
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Test Methodologies and passion for QE best practices
  • Ability to work in automated testing pipeline and experience with CI tools
  • Knowledgeable with quality best practices, and adoption of quality vision, strategy, process, standards, tools, automation frameworks and solutions
  • Familiarity with Agile and development methodologies that prioritize testing
  • Understanding of “automate everything” combined with the ability to rapidly learn the technical skills necessary to do so
  • Passion for quality and improving the user experience
