- Prepare and manage departmental budgets.

- Handle VIP guests and resolve escalations effectively.
- Maintain 5-star service protocols and hospitality standards.
- Manage banquet operations including weddings, corporate events, and conferences.
- Coordinate with sales and event teams for seamless execution.
- Ensure timely setup, service delivery, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and train F&B staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and regular training programs.
- Ensure staff grooming and discipline as per brand standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Maintain statutory and licensing compliance (FSSAI, excise, etc.).
- Implement SOPs and service quality checks.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of F&B cost control and budgeting.
- Experience in managing multi-outlet operations.
- Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving ability.
- Degree Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- 10+ years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
