Assistant Manager HR – GeneralistRequirements :
-Education: MBA/PGDM (HR)

-Location – RBZ Jewellers Ltd, Bodakdev, AhmedabadKey Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding Process:
-Manage and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, contracts, and necessary documentation.
-Conduct pre-boarding activities, including setting up employee accounts and access to systems, arranging workstations, and providing necessary equipment.
-Organize and lead orientation sessions for new employees to introduce them to the company's policies, values, and culture.
  • Employee Engagement:
-Build positive relationships with new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and informed.
-Collaborate with HR and department managers to ensure seamless integration into the team.
  • Documentation & Compliance:
-Ensure all onboarding paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with legal and company standards.
-Maintain accurate records of all new hire documentation, such as tax forms, benefits enrollment, and background check results.
  • Training & Development:
-Coordinate with relevant departments to schedule training sessions (e.g., IT systems, compliance, job-specific training).
-Ensure new employees are aware of available learning and development opportunities.
  • Feedback & Improvement:
-Gather feedback from new employees about their onboarding experience and suggest improvements.
-Continuously improve the onboarding process based on feedback and best practices.
  • Employee Resources:
-Serve as a point of contact for new hires for any questions related to the onboarding process, benefits, policies, and company culture.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
-Work closely with other departments, such as IT, Facilities, and Payroll, to ensure new hires have everything they need to start their roles smoothly.
-Assist in developing onboarding materials, including welcome kits, presentations, and online resources.
