The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring for C2H roles across IT and Non-IT domains, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.C2H IT Recruiter / Sr. IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring we attract top talent for our client's needs. You will play a crucial role in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and offers.Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to drive team performance.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure a good fit for the roles.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
Foster relationships with candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively compete for talent.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2- 5 years of experience in Domestic IT recruitment.
Proven experience with C2H recruitment processes and strategies.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
