- Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to drive team performance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure a good fit for the roles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
- Foster relationships with candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively compete for talent.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2- 5 years of experience in Domestic IT recruitment.
- Proven experience with C2H recruitment processes and strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and mentoring.
- Creative sourcing skills and a network of industry contacts.
- Results-oriented with a commitment to achieving recruitment goals.
