Budgeting
Consolidation of all departmentwide / function wise expenses into one common platform
Review of workings of each expense head
Depreciation working: Proper linkage of Op Net block, Capex, CWIP with Budgeted Depreciation
Analysis of Variance w.r.t Previous Year's Actual
Validation of cost reduction initiatives and conversion of the same in terms of financial impact
Adherence to WP guidance issued from Corporate
Actual expenses reported monthly should match with Quarterly TB at each Plant
Adherence to timely closing of TB by 4th of next month
Preparation of Actual in Z2B format on monthly basis
Item wise detailing of Account head wise Expenses as per Z2B Format on monthly basis
Performance reporting of the plant in term of yields and usage and Cost per unit
Variance analysis with WP - cost reduction initiatives (Progress)
Analysis & review of Plant EBT in Anaplan
Inputs for Cost Audit Requirements
GL Review
Review of Capex proposals and work on Pay Back period
Tracks of Capex installation
Capex Report and Cash Flow
Slow & Non-moving items
Rejections / OOS (Out of specification) batches
WIP concerns & Its ageing
Proper tracking on Timely closure of Work Orders
Over all Stock ageing
Act as support function at plant level of Cluster Head for SOP's & Corporate guidelines
Tracking of cost reduction activities along with its Financial Impact
