Person should be proficient in SAP supply chain Master data and System Integrations. Develop technical and functional expertise areas of Operations, Manufacturing, and ITQ (Innovation Technology & Quality)KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Develop close partnership with business users to truly understand needs and facilitate connections to D&T & Engineering to ensure end-to-end solution optimization.
  • Experience in Integrating Optiva PLM (Non-SAP system) with SAP
  • Strategize Integration Design & Governance
  • Partner with Business to lead Requirement Gathering / Blueprinting sessions, System Design, testing plans, UAT Signoffs followed up with Go Live & Hyper Care strategy
  • Co-Ordinate with Vendor to implement solution which would be more Robust & User Friendly
  • Co-Ordinate with cross functional teams to perform Impact Analysis
  • Partner with the key business contacts to understand business issues, identify opportunities and drive solution to implementation.
  • Lead business continuance and enhancements to drive business growth
  • Drive systemic improvements in system health through identification of key re-occurring theme and deep understanding of end-to-end system knowledge
  • Able to visualize & create end to end solutions and partner with technical team to drive solution
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education – Full time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory- Note: This is the minimum education criteria which cannot be altered)
  • Experience with SAP Bill of Materials, Material master, Material Discontinuous process, Quality Info records, Engineering change management (Transactions & Tables)
  • Knowledge of BOM downstream applications (Planning/Costing/Production/Sourcing)
  • Lead End to End strategy for System design & Implementation
  • Strong Stakeholder Management skills while partnering with D&T/Business/Vendor teams
  • Ability to develop technical solutions to business problems and act as a bridge between business and technical team
  • Strong analytical skills ability to take ownership and drive to successful outcomes
  • Drive meetings to understand stakeholder requirements & good knowledge of level 1 support model
  • Able to work with clients/customer/user to understand the issue and provided needed help - be it documentation, technical guidance
  • Able to quickly understand and grasp the workings of different systems
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience of Product Life Cycle Management Tools (Infor - Optiva preferred)
  • Exposure of SAP PI (System Integration middleware)
  • Exposure of Data Migration processes & SAP Automation testing
  • Track record as a strong team player with effective teamwork and communication skills
  • An analytical, methodical, logical approach to problem solving, employing innovative approaches to business and technical challenges
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple conflicting activities
  • Willingness to continue learning to expand and build on skill sets
