About the job Manager - Impact Consulting and Blended FinanceLooking for a dynamic individual to join as a full-time Manager based in Mumbai/ Delhi India. The Manager will be responsible for designing and executing blended finance transactions and projects. The ideal candidate will have a high sense of ownership, be a self-starter, and an excellent team player. The individual will have a proven track record of having structured deals and managed projects in sectors relevant to the Sustainable Development Goals and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels within the organization as well as with external stakeholders.Roles and Responsibilities

Ensuring the success of organization' customers through benchmark project design and execution.
Developing, growing, and retaining a team of high-performance and ambitious team members.
Maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and learning so that organization is constantly sharpening its ability to deliver effective and efficient solutions.
Design and build financial modelling and analysis to develop diverse strategic data points for different sector specific domains and plan the roadmap ahead.
Investing in self-development and being aware of the relevant developments in the sector; preparing to take on leadership roles at the organization.
Working closely with other team members on organization and brand building activities.
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and teams for analyzing and building towards impactful strategies.
