- Execute customer orders in line with committed delivery schedules, planned costs, and business profitability targets.
- Identify, mitigate, and manage execution risks while ensuring timely resolution of claims and operational challenges.
- Take ownership of revenue, delivery reliability, and order fulfillment performance in compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Ensure seamless order flow by collaborating with internal stakeholders, customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Apply project management principles and standardized work procedures to ensure compliance with quality systems, statutory requirements, and contractual commitments.
- Monitor and drive planned performance parameters to achieve customer expectations and business objectives.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and vendors.
- Engage regularly with key customers to understand their concerns, initiate corrective actions, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Play an active role in strengthening the company's image and supporting business growth through superior customer engagement and delivery performance.
- Coordinate effectively across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
- Support procurement-related activities and ensure effective coordination for material availability and order fulfillment.
- Maintain proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP, for order processing, tracking, reporting, and operational control.
- Support Quality Management System (QMS) initiatives by updating and sustaining quality policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Plan and conduct internal audits and support external audits by regulatory bodies and customers.
- Strong experience in order management, delivery execution, and customer order fulfillment
- Good understanding of Electrification and Automation business processes
- Strong knowledge of project management principles
- Ability to manage risks, claims, cost control, and profitability improvement initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong customer engagement and relationship management capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and audit processes
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems
- Working knowledge of procurement processes
- BE with 12-15 years of relevant experience in Electrification and Automation businesses.
- Proven ability to manage complex customer orders and delivery commitments in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Ability to influence and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
