Build scalable and reliable data pipelines using AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and S3 to process large volumes of customer and campaign data.

Conduct exploratory data analysis using Athena, Redshift, or EMR to generate customer insights and identify behavioral patterns.
Design segmentation logic using clustering algorithms or rule-based techniques. Enable campaign personalization through profile enrichment and segment targeting.
Develop and deploy ML models using Amazon SageMaker to predict customer propensity for specific offers, churn likelihood, and campaign responsiveness.
Create stakeholder dashboards and automated reporting using Amazon QuickSight or integrate with BI tools like Tableau/Power BI if needed.
Measure and analyze campaign impact using A/B testing frameworks and advanced attribution models. Recommend optimization levers based on data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, including libraries like Pandas, Scikit-learn, and XGBoost.
5+ years of work experience.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.
Experience with AWS data stack: S3, Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, Athena, Redshift, and SageMaker.
Experience deploying and maintaining ML models in production environments on AWS.
Ability to automate data pipelines and workflows using AWS native services or orchestration frameworks like Airflow.
Proficient in data visualization using Amazon QuickSight or other dashboarding tools.
Strong business communication skills to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Experience in the telecom industry or handling large-scale customer data is a strong plus.
