Job Description Professional Experience description: Ensure effective control of plant operating parameters within the control limits with prompt analysis of trends & assignable causes to meet quality requirements of Power Plant operating parameters. Preparation of annual budget and monitoring the expenditure as per plan Ensure consistent steam and power output by continually monitoring parameters. Supervise day to day TPP operation activity and Interact with TPP Maintenance (Mech & EI) department for the day to day operational related activity. Ensure entry & History in SAP as well as various KPI reports To ensure full compliance to safety in all respect for all maintenance jobs for all standards by developing and sustaining safety culture at site through various means. To achieve the target of zero harm and injury incident on sustainable basis through effective safety practice and developing environment for the same at workplace Good coordination shift team members & cross function team member. Ensure consistent steam and power output by continually monitoring parameters. Critical Job competencies / Mandatory Skills: 1. Experience of field and desk operating of boilers and turbine during normal and emergency time, safe start-up and stoppage of plant, like to come in round the clock shifts. 2. Sound knowledge in CFBC and AFBC/WHRS Boilers, Steam turbines, Water chemistry and material handling system (Ash and Coal handling plant) operation. Shift operations through DCS and ensuring field observations & safe controls 3. Coordination of inter functional activities and collaboration with other functional task for TPP Shift process 4. Basic knowledge of SAP & TM1 and entry daily power reports in SAP. 5. Demonstrate the safety and ensuring safety in work place with compliance of organisation's audits and reports. 6. Ensuring work area basic conditions 5S, Enhance Equipment reliability with OEE and adopting WCM culture/ tools Professional Qualifications: Diploma/BE/B Tech Mechanical Essential: Experience in TPP Desk Operation specially with AFBC/CFBC / WHRS Preferably: BOE with Energy Manager/NPTI
