- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience in the IT infrastructure space, including experience managing projects involving networking, data centers, cloud services, or other IT infrastructure components.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and technologies, including servers, storage, virtualization, networking, and data centers.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, , Jira) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments.
