Responsibilities:Copper Pricing:
Monitor and analyze all day to day pricing collect the same and forward to finance department.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure appropriate pricing margins and resolve any issues.Order Placement:
Collaborate with customers and the sales team to understand their requirements and provide suitable options.
Create and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the customers regarding order-related matters.
Communicate with the sales/customer to provide timely updates on order statuses and any deviations from expected delivery timelines.
Liaise with internal departments, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure efficient order fulfillment.Order Placement:
Collaborate with customers and the sales team to understand their requirements and provide suitable options.
Create and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule and track shipments, ensuring on-time delivery.
Address any logistical issues or delays, working closely with the logistics team to find timely solutions.Create a cohesive business sales plan that aligns with KCL's Annual Budget.Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for timely movement and delivery of products. Timely issuance and execution of contracts. All contractual deliverables are tracked and deadlines are met.Tracking receivables and credit limits, debit and credit notes etc. Reviewing LC drafts and negotiating payment documents, timely issuance of invoices and processing vendor payments, discounts etc. Ensure that accounts are periodically reconciled and dues (if any) are timely received.Qualifications:Educational Qualification: MBA/B.E/B.Tch with 10+ years of relevant work experience in relevant industryExperiences: Experience from Ferrous/ Non Ferrous Metal industryAbout Us:The road to empowerment is the one that guards a country's stride onwards, keeping every hurdle that poses a threat to the constant pace of progress at bay.
