Qualification: Any GraduationKey Responsibilities:✅ Team Management:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Set clear goals and ensure daily/weekly/monthly sales targets are met.
- Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads for real estate sales.
- Guide the team in making effective sales pitches to potential clients.
- Ensure regular follow-ups with prospective buyers and schedule property visits.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Address client queries and provide relevant information about properties.
- Track call performance, lead conversion rates, and overall team productivity.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and present them to management.
- Identify areas for improvement in the telecalling process and implement best practices.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for better coordination.
✔️ Experience: 2-5 years of experience in telecalling, with at least 1 year in a team leader role (real estate preferred).
✔️ Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience in handling sales targets and tracking team performance.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and basic Excel reporting.
✔️ Work Environment: Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.
