Qualification: Any GraduationKey Responsibilities:✅ Team Management:
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Set clear goals and ensure daily/weekly/monthly sales targets are met.
✅ Sales & Lead Generation:
  • Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads for real estate sales.
  • Guide the team in making effective sales pitches to potential clients.
  • Ensure regular follow-ups with prospective buyers and schedule property visits.
✅ Client Relationship Management:
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Address client queries and provide relevant information about properties.
✅ Reporting & Analysis:
  • Track call performance, lead conversion rates, and overall team productivity.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and present them to management.
✅ Process Improvement:
  • Identify areas for improvement in the telecalling process and implement best practices.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for better coordination.
Requirements:✔️ Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales/telecalling.
✔️ Experience: 2-5 years of experience in telecalling, with at least 1 year in a team leader role (real estate preferred).
✔️ Skills:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in handling sales targets and tracking team performance.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and basic Excel reporting.
✔️ Language Proficiency: English, Hindi, and/or regional language.
✔️ Work Environment: Ability to handle pressure and work in a target-driven environment.
