Should be able to take decisions when situation needs so. Evaluate and prioritize problems, complaints and service requests and formulate plans of resolution/implementation.Key responsibilities/accountabilities –
Participate in important client engagement teams regarding the implementation of mainly SAP S/4 HANA Finance - Simple Finance - FICO.
Developing high-quality design documents including contributing to and reviewing Blueprints; High-Level Designs and Low-Level Designs.
Comfortable working in complex environments that includes multiple teams at onsite and offshore.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities in multi-cultural and international environments, with the ability to effectively manage client expectations.
Ability to work and collaborate effectively as part of large program teams.
Manage and coach junior consulting resources.
Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
Qualifications2+ years of relevant experience in working on Finance and Controlling Module and out of that minimum 1+ years of experience in S4 HANA (S4 HANA Autobank, Payments, Receivable posting, Payable posting, Dunning and collection, Asset accounting, Embedded analytics, e-documents, Controlling, Budget control, General Ledger)Skill Set preferred: • B.E. / Bachelor / Master Degree in business administration finance/C.A. / B.Com / M.COM • S4 HANA FICO certified • Knowledge with SAP API
