Key Responsibility Area: End to end Taxonomy / Skill Change Request execution in line with Governance model. Coordinate with business leaders for skill requirements Support workforce around Skill needs and respective tool queries. Produce user support collaterals and keeping them up to date. Support future initiatives as needed. Ensure maximum adoption across Organization. Should be able to perform UAT and platform functionality check in case of new releases Responsible for Stakeholder management and support Job specifications: Should have overall exp. of 3 to 7 yrs Should know the basics of Organizational skill structure. Experience in Stakeholder management and user support Experience working on SNOW Candidate should be willing to pursue career in HR/Talent Supply Domain. Resourceful, analytical & proactive in approach
