- Delivery: Collaborate on global client projects as part of a distributed team. Ensure the quality of all work outputs, adherence to timelines, and accuracy of content.
- Work in one or more areas within Rewards: Engage in Compensation and Benefits Design, Executive Compensation, Benchmarking, Rewards Compliance, Job Evaluation, Pay Equity, Job Family Architecture, and HR M&A transactions.
- Identify trends: Spot potential areas of non-compliance with legal requirements and opportunities for performance improvements within the function.
- A Master's degree in HR, a full-time MBA, or an equivalent postgraduate/undergraduate degree.
- Willingness to Learn: Demonstrate eagerness to acquire new skill sets, particularly in emerging areas like AI and data analytics.
