As a member of our Rewards practice, you will be part of a team that supports clients in aligning their HR functions with organizational plans to build better Compensation and Benefits strategies, while prioritizing employee experience as a core consideration.Joining us will provide you with cross-functional, multi-industry, and truly global work experience to advance your career in the right direction.EY GDS is seeking qualified candidates to join our Rewards Practice team. Our Rewards team is actively involved in providing Total Rewards consulting to various world-class organizations across the globe.Role and Responsibilities:
  • Be part of the GDS Rewards practice at EY: Experience and learn world-class consulting best practices while working on global client projects.
  • Delivery: Collaborate on global client projects as part of a distributed team. Ensure the quality of all work outputs, adherence to timelines, and accuracy of content.
  • Work in one or more areas within Rewards: Engage in Compensation and Benefits Design, Executive Compensation, Benchmarking, Rewards Compliance, Job Evaluation, Pay Equity, Job Family Architecture, and HR M&A transactions.
  • Identify trends: Spot potential areas of non-compliance with legal requirements and opportunities for performance improvements within the function.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in HR, a full-time MBA, or an equivalent postgraduate/undergraduate degree.
Preferred Skills:The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel tools. Prior consulting or HR experience will be considered an advantage. Additionally, familiarity with the latest in-demand skills such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), prompt engineering, data analytics, and digital transformation will enhance your candidacy.Key Job Specifications:
