With a global presence across the USA, UK, and the Philippines, their mission is to deliver high performance IT services that empower enterprises to scale, innovate, and transform digitally. Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive to lead Lead Generation, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and Market Research initiatives across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong top-of-funnel pipeline, identifying strategic accounts, and supporting targeted GTM initiatives aligned with company's growth goals.Key Responsibilities:1) Lead Generation & Prospecting:- Drive outbound lead generation via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and digital tools.- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of prospects across targeted verticals (e.g., BFSI, Manufacturing, IT/ITES, etc.).- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize content and campaigns for lead capture.2) Account-Based Marketing (ABM):- Identify, map, and prioritize high-value target accounts in the EMEA region using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and other tools.- Personalize outreach campaigns for ABM plays in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.- Track and report engagement metrics and campaign ROI.3) Market Research & Intelligence:- Conduct detailed research on target companies, decision-makers, market trends, competitive landscape, and technology usage.- Generate account intelligence reports and support sales in tailoring outreach strategies.- Monitor RFPs/RFIs and industry-specific triggers to support proactive outreach.4) CRM & Reporting:- Update and manage records in CRM with full data hygiene and activity tracking.- Generate weekly/monthly dashboards for management reporting.- Analyze lead conversion metrics and optimize processes.Education:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
