- System & Software design, development experience in RAN products/ end to end features in 5G-NR DU Layer 2 domain specifically Scheduler algorithms (DL & UL), PF scheduler algorithm, VoNR, Bandwidth parts etc
- Very good knowledge of the Layer2 area 3GPP specificationsSolid knowledge of the L2 Schedulers and end to end 5G NR system.Knowledge of ARM/Intel based processors, thread architecture and optimisations.
- Experience/Knowledge of RLC/MAC/PHY/RRC/PDCP areas.
- Strong C/C++, Software design, development, testing, debugging tools experience including build, deployments in cloud native/virtualization environment.
- Authoring System specifications/ Technical analysis/ grooming scrum user stories/Code reviews
- Customer issues analysis using various logs, such as, development/Wireshark logs/UE logs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, mentoring to other engineers in team.
