- Proactively reach out to passive candidates and establish a pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging job postings that accurately reflect theopportunities within the organization.
- Conduct thorough technical screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific technical requirements for each role.
- Utilize relevant assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates proficiency in programming languages, systems, and other IT-related skills.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies for IT positions, keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand the long-term goals and skill requirements of the organization.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Network with industry professionals, attend conferences, and participate in relevant events to expand the talent pool and promote the company's employer brand.
- Partner with hiring managers and technical leads to understand team dynamics, project
- requirements, and specific technical skills needed.
- Provide regular updates on the status of open positions, candidate pipelines, and recruitment strategies.
- Stay informed about market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscapes to make
- informed recommendations to hiring managers.
- Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably with a focus on IT roles.
- Strong understanding of IT concepts, programming languages, and technology stacks.
- Familiarity with technical assessment tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
