  • Qualifications and SkillsProficiency in Salesforce (Mandatory skill) for managing customer interactions and data effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills (Mandatory skill) to close deals effectively and enhance company profits.
  • Experience in lead generation (Mandatory skill) to identify and capture potential clients.
  • Expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to maintain and cultivate client relations.
  • Ability to prospect and identify new business opportunities in the automotive industry.
  • Competence in sales analytics to track and enhance sales performance and strategies.
  • Skilled in cold calling to engage and connect with prospective clients.
  • Prior experience in social selling to build relationships through professional networks and digital platforms.
  • Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned region.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute impactful sales campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage sales pipelines and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
