The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.Job Responsibilities:● Efficiently coordinate with clients to meet their service needs.● Schedule services effectively, optimising resources.● Develop service plans for optimal execution.● Data Validation and Report Generation● Allocate tasks to the service team for timely execution● Billing Management● Invoice Submission/Upload to Clients● Follow-ups on Purchase Orders, Service Contracts, Legal Agreements● Contract Renewal and Follow-up● Manage team attendance efficiently● Petty Cash Maintenance● Vehicle Usage and Maintenance● Service Center Maintenance● Analyze material consumption for cost efficiencyKey Result Areas:● Client Coordination● Service Scheduling & PlanningRequirementsCompetencies (Skills essential to the role):● Organizational skills● Contract management● Resource Allocation & Optimization● Team ManagementEducational Qualification / Other Requirement:● Any graduate● Fresher/ 1-2 year experience in operationsRole Type / Key working relationships:● Individual Contributor● Internal team● External stakeholdersBenefitsWhat can you expect from RPCI?
