From here, our acquired teams go on to grow and excel within Accenture and with our clients.About the Team & Our FocusWe are part of Accenture Corporate Development (CD) - Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). The team is responsible for identifying and executing inorganic opportunities that advance the Firm’s strategic objectives.CD M&A professional’s work with Senior Management throughout the firm, across all Operating Groups, Growth Platforms, and geographies. We offer Project Management Office (PMO) support for PMI leads across any of the 3 Markets - Growth Markets (GM) Europe (EU) and United States (US) regions.We, Post Merger Integration team are trusted advisors to the business and acquired companies, drive shared success in integrating seamlessly and bringing to life synergies that enable Accenture to grow and provide 360°-degree value to our clients.​How we workAs a PMI community we encourage each other through an inclusive, curious, and collaborative environment and strengthen our technical knowledge.We manage acquisition integrations and support the Business teams to launch their Go to Market Joint Ventures. We drive mobilization of all front and back-office teams, establish the integration governance framework, work with the deal execution team and internal sponsors to design the integration model, direct all planning, budgeting, and execution, and facilitate handover to operations at the end of integration.About Your Job
  • Setting up the PMO and to Co-Lead Integration on all aspects alongside the PMI lead
  • Build operating model development and workplan management.
  • Drive PMI budget build and monitor expenses across.
  • Manage the Project Management Tool set up, updates/Access enablement/PMI SharePoint
  • Customization of RAID log and Management; Track risks, issues, and key decisions
  • Capture/Share/Follow up on Meeting Minutes and actions.
  • Setting up of the Integration Governance
  • Participate in development of PMI Intellectual Property, including lessons learnt, best practices, briefing decks, checklists, templates.
  • Develop tools and alternative processes, as an effort to make the overall program more efficient.
  • Support all on demand/Ad-Hoc support request received from PMI Leads
How to make it impactful
  • Work within a pyramid on opportunities, taking responsibility of aspects of the overall integration, local MU integration plans or other sub-streams as appropriate.
  • Be a buddy to a new joiner.
  • Lead some of the workstreams on an integration
  • Engage in initiatives for areas of passion and skills for broader impact.
  • Assist Go to Market and PMI lead to help drive strategic objectives of acquisition where able.
  • Support lookback and other executive reviews, assisting teams and ensuring quality outputs
Your Qualification and good to have to join us…
  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree from a reputed institute.
  • Excellent English communication (written and oral) and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in shifts.
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Robust Project management abilities
  • Good to very good experience on all MS office suits – Excel, PPT etc.,
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Strong work ethics and be organized, must be able to manage and perform under pressure (if need be)
  • Valid Passport – Role has Travel requirements.
  • Preferable to have relevant work permits
