- Responsible for ongoing operation and administration, supporting (or conducting) minor configuration and change requests. Establishing a roadmap for enhancements, new rollouts, and future features, aligning the system with HR goals and objectives.
- Expertise in global HR projects and initiative of providing support for HR Modules and processes.
- Execution of knowledge transfer between as HR Solutions and JC Business stakeholders
- Management of Solutions interfaces and maintenance of authorization as well as the HR solutions architecture
- Communication with business process owners, Global HR community as well as internal IT and external suppliers
- Expert Knowledge in release management. Managing biannual releases, assessing their impact on universal changes, and implementing opt-in/opt-out changes.
- Setting adoption goals, managing campaigns, and conducting training programs to promote user engagement.
- Evaluating the integrations landscape, optimizing performance, and identifying opportunities for automation
- Solid experience working in SuccessFactors.
- Degree in IT or general management
- Knowledge of integration basics and tools, including familiarity with flat files, APIs, connectors, etc.
- Established project management skills.
- Understanding of authorization concepts and the ability to maintain them, as SF operates on role-based permissions (RBP)
- Proficient in minimum three modules with SF admin Certification (SFX) can be preferred.
- Familiarity with common business tools like 0365
- At least 3 years of similar experience in a multicultural environment with cross-functional teamwork
