Gather and document business, functional, and data requirements
Translate wealth management needs into user stories and technical specifications
Define and map data flows across core banking systems (e.g. Avaloq), data platforms, and digital channels
Support design of client journeys (onboarding, portfolio management, transactions)
Collaborate with engineering teams on solution design and delivery
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across business and technology
Support UAT, testing, and implementation activities
Strong understanding of Private Banking / Wealth Management processes
Familiarity with core banking platforms such as Avaloq and associated data models
Experience mapping end-to-end data lineage across systems

Skills & Experience • Strong BA capabilities (requirements gathering, stakeholder management) • Agile delivery (JIRA, Confluence, user stories) • Data analysis and mapping
