We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Designer to join our dynamic team at
Durall System in Mumbai.The ideal candidate will possess strong design expertise, excellent
communication skills, and the ability to lead projects from concept through completion, with the
support of one or two assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Project Management
Lead and manage end-to-end design processes for multiple projects.
Provide creative direction, technical input, and project oversight.
Supervise and mentor junior designers/assistants.
Ensure timely delivery of design outputs aligned with client expectations and
organizational standards.
Client and Stakeholder Communication
Represent the design team in meetings with clients, consultants, and architects.
Take the lead in client interactions, especially in the absence of the Team Leader.
Communicate effectively in English and the national/local language as required.
General Requirements
Maintain the highest standards of design quality and professional responsibility.
Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
