Gender: Male / FemaleKey Responsibilities:Supervise and execute packing of finished goods as per product specifications and dispatch schedules.
Ensure proper labeling, packaging materials, and documentation for each shipment.
Coordinate with logistics and transport teams for timely dispatch of goods.
Maintain accurate records of dispatched materials, packaging lists, and invoices.
Inspect products before packing to ensure quality, quantity, and readiness for delivery.
Monitor inventory of packing materials and reorder as needed.
Ensure safe handling and storage of finished goods to prevent damage or contamination.
Follow and enforce safety and hygiene protocols in the packing and dispatch area.
Support internal audits by providing necessary records and reports.
Communicate with internal departments (production, sales, logistics) for smooth workflow.Notes:
