Construction Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities at job sites to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget

• Oversee the work of subcontractors, construction workers, and other personnel to ensure quality standards are met.

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Maintain Quality assurance and adren contractor for neat and quality work at site.

• Coordinate with project managers to develop and implement construction schedules, budgets, and timelines.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure safety standards are upheld.

• Address any onsite issues or concerns promptly and effectively to minimize delays and disruptions.

• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, inspection logs, and change orders.

• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities.

• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.

• Provide guidance, training, and support to construction team members to promote professional growth and development.

• Bachelors degree in construction, business, management, or engineering preferred.

• Proven experience working in construction supervision or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.

• Understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
