- Drive Business Development: Lead sales efforts, build client relationships and originate new opportunities across financial services (GCC & Non-GCC) accounts.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and update account strategies, execution plans and market analysis to identify white space and align with firm goals.
- Sales Management & Execution: Apply structured sales processes, manage the pipeline, map buying cycles and engage 80% in client-facing activities.
- Proposal & Opportunity Management: Lead proposal creation, emphasise value, manage end-to-end opportunity pursuit and ensure CRM accuracy.
- B.tech/BE or MBA/post graduate from reputed institute
- 10 to 18 years of relevant experience from consulting/industry.
- Evidence of successful origination and sales generation, prospect consistently and upsell.
- Should be proficient in working with Microsoft Office tools.
- Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
