- CIVIL Procurement (CEMENT/ steel rods /ICR/MCR/ RODS/ PILING/GRADING ETC) & purchase of CIVIL BOP essentials for Wind Projects
- Contracts negotiations and management (Negotiation for Cost, Delivery, Warranty, Terms & conditions.)
- Vendor management
- CAPEX and Raw Material procurement Management
- Budgeting & MIS and Reporting
▶ Building & cementing relationships with key suppliers for smooth communication and to meet required expectations.
▶ Conducting research & evaluated new and current vendors to determine suitability of products and contract & pricing negotiations.
▶ Collaborating with engineering and supply chain teams to develop and negotiate new components, aligning with global suppliers.
▶ Planning & executing localization of various import parts and reduce the import percentage YOY to achieve localization targets.
▶ Resolving daily issues by managing invoice discrepancies, replacing rejected materials and missed & late deliveries.
▶ Leading the advancement of new products, as well as managing and developing suppliers for CEMENT/ steel rods /ICR/MCR/ RODS/ PILING/GRADING ETC
▶ Defining BOM target cost (COGS), managing annual materials budget, tracking material & purchase price variance in line with the defined budget.
▶ Monitoring and optimizing the supply chain processes to achieve and sustain On-Time and In-Full (OTIF) delivery targets.
▶ Administering material Preferred candidate profileShould have exp. in Solar/Wind/Renewable projects
Should be qualified BE-CIvilCore Function Competencies -1.Negotiation skills, Analytical Skills and Problem Solving.
2. Strategic Planning and monitoring.
3. Excellent knowledge of SAP, Excel etc.
