Where is the workOnsite: This position requires an on-site work schedule based in Gurgaon.What will you doIn this role, you will:

You will be part of a team that values collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in driving our vision for sustainable solutions and helping us stay at the forefront of climate innovation.

What you will bring:

Proven experience (ideally 10+ years) in selling HVAC products like Ductable and VRF systems.

Ability to build strong networks with HVAC Consultants, Architects, Interior Designers, and Trade Partners.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and selling abilities, focused on meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsible for tendering, budgeting & costing, Resources planning, Design & Engineering & management support for HVAC projects.

Ability to organize brand awareness events through ISHRAE and ASHRAE.
