Devices Support Engineer (Smart Metering EMEA) The position is preferably based in Finland, other locations in Europe can be discussed. Your main areas of responsibilities will be : Managing all aspects of support and maintenance for Landis + Gyr AG Electricity Devices within the EMEA region Managing quality cases, CAPAs, interface to Quality and local technical support organizations Maintaining the KPIs as assigned by Business Unit Electricity Interfacing with Sales, Product Management and Operations teams to prioritize case work Collaborating with global teams to promote and develop process development and continuous improvement Providing global technical tender support for customer projects Your profile: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in technical field (e.g. electronics, IT, SW or equivalent) or other equivalent academic degree Should have expereince in Harware electrical supply,Metering and hardwaretesting to support devices .
