You will take part in large-scale, cross-functional development initiatives and play a key role in designing and improving systems that are resilient and scalable.Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with technical teams to refine and finalize software design for robust applications.

Mentor and support team members of varied backgrounds and experiences in software development practices.

Act as a technical resource and facilitator for external partners and stakeholders.

Serve as a point of contact for technical questions, promoting knowledge sharing and inclusive problem-solving.

Participate in conversations with clients—including Tier 1 financial institutions—to provide input and foster collaborative innovation.

Requirements

You have hands-on experience with Java and Springboot and working knowledge of JavaScript (Vue.JS) and architectural principles.

You understand data management (RDBMS, NoSQL, data lakes, Hadoop), container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud services (Azure, AWS, or similar).

You demonstrate strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills, and can coordinate projects of varied size and complexity across diverse teams.

You have experience leading teams to identify and troubleshoot challenges and communicate solutions effectively to a wide audience.

You communicate clearly and respectfully, adapting your style for different audiences and ensuring information is accessible to all.

Leadership and Team Support

Support and encourage team members by providing resources, guidance, and opportunities for growth.

Foster an environment of feedback and continuous learning, empowering all team members to take ownership of their contributions.
