Technical Key Skills Required - Knowledge of Civil site execution for Industrial Buildings (Preferred pharma) Able to Study & understand the Civil, structural, interior, finishing & PEB technical drawings with specification. Knowledge of interior & finishing specifications. Knowledge of onsite quality checks, pour card, check list etc. Competent to use survey equipment along with surveying. Capable to check the RA Bills as per IS code and mode of measurements.Other requirements. Local Candidate nearby site area will be preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy construction (No residential Works) Knowledge of Green Building parameters – optional.Key Deliverable of the role Contractor Monthly Bill Checking. Maintaining site document’s & joint measurement records. Preparing daily progress report and submitting to HO Follow up with multiple contractors for the completion of job. Site surveying and estimation Quality checking of civil jobs.
